Write from the e-mail address of your account if your question is about your account — it lets us verify that it is you without asking for anything else. We read every message. Expect an answer within two working days.
Names and trademarks
If a page name on ProudToBe is your brand or your own name, write here instead. Tell us which page you mean, what right you rely on and how to reach you. What happens next is in section 9 of the Terms.
What to include
- Your page or the page in question — the address (
proudtobe.online/…) says more than a name. - Reports — the address of the page or image, and what you saw. We do not tell anyone who reported.
- Appeals — what was actioned and why you think it was wrong. A person reads it.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, export) — most of this you can do yourself in Settings and in the page builder; for the rest, write to the same address and we answer within one month, as the GDPR requires.
- Press and partnerships — a line about who you are and what you have in mind.

Legal notices may be sent to the address above or to hello@proudtobe.online. This is also the contact point for authorities.
Security
If you found a vulnerability in ProudToBe, tell us before telling anyone else — same address, subject line "Security". We will acknowledge within 48 hours, keep you informed, and credit you if you wish. Please do not test against other members' accounts or data.
Status
If the site is unreachable, https://proudtobe.online/health reports whether the system is up and consistent. There is no separate status page yet.
